Meet Laura "Your Agent"

Laura Munilla became a Realtor at EWM Realty International, a Berkshire Hathaway-affiliated company with a goal to ensure that every single client or investor finds the perfect property to call home or best deal in town. She services Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, and South Miami. Her customers include local and international families and investors in the mid- and upscale market.  She specializes in single family, luxury homes and condominiums.

Born in Ecuador, she came to the States in 1987 to study at the University of Miami. She fell in love with the city and made it her home. As a mother of 6, Laura knows the importance of finding the right property to raise a family. Seeing her children grow into adulthood, only reinforces the sound notion of making the right investment with an outlook into the future. 

After a fulfilling career in IT as a data analyst/developer for top corporations, Laura retired to do volunteer philanthropic work in her Miami community. Very active and connected advocate for many of Miami’s charitable organizations, she chaired and co-chaired several fundraising committees at schools, museums, hospitals, children-at-risk organizations, homeless shelters, and churches. Laura also served in a local non-profit committee which worked on raising funds at the State level. Moms for Ecuador, an international campaign to provide disaster relief to earthquake victims, was founded by Laura. Her hard work and community involvement earned her several awards for service and charity.

Laura uses her lifelong Miami exposure, her work ethics, analytical skills and joyfulness to ensure that her clients are always satisfied. This generates organic trust, friendships and ultimately repeat business and referrals.
